Transworld Business Advisors is seeking a Master Licensee to develop a comprehensive business advisory network across the Middle East and North Africa. This region is undergoing transformative economic diversification, with thousands of businesses changing hands annually. Transworld’s three-stream model—business brokerage, franchise consulting, and franchise development—is uniquely positioned to serve MENA’s explosive growth in business transactions and franchise development.

This is an English-language partnership; English is widely used in MENA’s business community. You’ll establish operations in major regional hubs like Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Casablanca, and Amman, with support adapted for local business culture and regulatory requirements.

The three revenue streams

Business Brokerage: Matching business owners seeking to exit with qualified buyers. Commissions on transaction values typically range from 6-10%, applied to a significant pool of transactions in any regional market.

Franchise Consulting: Advising business owners on franchise opportunities and helping them transition their single-unit operations into multi-unit franchise networks. Consultation fees and ongoing royalties create recurring revenue.

Franchise Development: Partnering with franchisors to build their franchise networks. Revenue includes development fees, franchise recruitment commissions, and ongoing support services.

The Master License opportunity: building at regional scale

As Master Licensee, you’ll own and operate Transworld’s full business advisory platform across your MENA territory. Your role is building a network of qualified advisors (brokers, consultants, developers) and capturing a portion of all three revenue streams across your region. You’re not just operating one office—you’re building an entire advisory infrastructure.

Your investment is in recruiting top advisory talent, establishing regional headquarters in major hubs, and building relationships with business owners, franchisors, and corporate clients. As your network grows, revenues compound: each additional advisor brings new transaction volume, each new client relationship generates multiple revenue streams, and your operational systems scale efficiently.

The Middle East & North Africa (MENA) opportunity

Your role as Master Licensee

  • Team recruitment: Recruit and certify business brokers, franchise consultants, and development advisors.

  • Revenue management: Oversee all three business streams and capture advisory fees, commissions, and royalties.
  • Regional headquarters: Establish office infrastructure, local compliance, and business processes.
  • Ongoing support: Manage team performance, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with UFG support teams.

Who this opportunity is for

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced business advisory professional, consulting firm principal, or well-connected business group with established relationships across MENA markets. You should have 10+ years of business experience, existing relationships with business owners and corporate executives, capital for regional infrastructure, and the ability to recruit top advisory talent. UFG provides comprehensive Master Licensee training at headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. Initial training covers business brokerage operations, franchise consulting methodologies, client acquisition, transaction management, and legal/compliance frameworks. Ongoing support includes quarterly business reviews, annual certifications, specialized advisory team training, and direct access to Transworld’s subject matter experts.
